PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS
1. PROJECT:
Each
student will re-create/create 3 photos from the Great Depression. This is NOT
a group activity.
2. OPTIONS
• Mimic/re-create a photo from the Great
Depression or Dust Bowl
• Create a modern version of a Great Depression
picture
• Create your own Great Depression or Dust Bowl
pictures using inspiration from old photos from this time period
3.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Written
explanation for each photo
•Bring
to class on Wednesday,
Feb 19th (even) or Thursday, Feb 20th
(odd)
•Be
in at least 1 of the pictures yourself
4.
IDEAS:
•Google
Great Depression or Dust Bowl pictures for ideas
•Look
at Dorothea Lange pictures online
•Make
them blank and white
•Include
children
