In class: We worked on your pink packets (pages 3-5)! **Make sure that your Learning Target guide is filled out through Day 2.
** Also start working on your demonstration posters :)

Journal: How do you think the President should respond if another country is aggressive towards us?

In class: I passed out new packets & projects! We filled out the first 2 pages of your packet.  Project will be due May 18/19

In class: we finished up your packets!!!! and watched how the Vietnam War is taught in Vietnam; if you were absent you will need to get the notes from the PowerPoint and fill out your notes, as well as go to the website found on your blue sheet and answer the questions!

Homework: Make sure all your packet is filled out; LEARNING TARGETS INCLUDED! Have your journals ready and your COLLAGES ARE DUE NEXT CLASS! Study for the test :)

Journal: What is the most interesting part of US History you've learned about this year?

In class: Today we started the Vietnam War- we filled out page 8 and section 2 on page 9 of your packet.  Make sure that your learning target guide is filled out through day 5!

**Your collage will be due May 6/7.... that is next week so make sure that you are working on it :)

Journal: What is the BEST memory from your childhood?

In class: We finished up the Cold War in class- your packet should be filled out through page 7 and LT guide through day 4!

Remember next class period is your chance to earn some EC points for dressing up or bringing a 1950's food item!
