Journal: Found in the 1920's Economics, Politics, Religion PowerPoint

In class: Today we finished up your note packet! We also learned more about Al Capone and Prohibition- whatever you have not finished, will be homework! Everything in your packets are due next class period! (with the exception of the Flapper Quiz- this will be extra Credit!) You will also have your test next class. We will review before the Quiz.

Homework: Finish your Packets and Al Capone worksheet. In your packets, make sure that you have read "A Flappers Appeal to parents" pages 6-7 and filled out the questionnaire on page 8

Journal: Should marijuana be legal? Please provide 3 reasons for your opinion.

In class: we learned about prohibition and the 18th amendment; you will need to fill out the 18th amendment sheet in your packet, and come in during intervention to get documents A, B, C & D to fill out the rubric.

Homework: read "A Flappers appeal to parents" in your packet and fill out the worksheet "You've come a long way baby"

In class: We had our 1920's party! Today we learned all about culture from the 1920's- use the PowerPoint for day 1 to fill in these notes if you were absent!

Homework: PLEASE get caught up in this class...... many of you have yet to turn in the important book!

Today ALL of your assignments for WWI are due! We also took the test! If you weren't in class you will need to come to intervention to make it up.... the LAST day to make up the test will be next Tuesday during intervention!

******REMEMBER next class period is our 1920's party! For extra credit you may 1. dress up, 2. bring food for the class, OR both :) 
AND 
Parent permission slips are EXTRA CREDIT (easiest EC ever!!!!) please bring them back to me ASAP
